Can it read my email?

No. The connection reaches attachments and basic details like the sender and date. It does not read the body of your messages, your subject lines, or your contacts.

Where do the attachments go?

An attachment has no home until the workflow gives it one, so it saves a copy into The Drive AI or a connected drive, in the folder your instructions name. Your inbox is left exactly as it was.

Can I connect more than one Gmail account?

On a personal workspace on the Max plan, one Gmail account. On a team workspace, as many as your team needs, and each person joins a workflow with their own inbox.

How far back does the import go?

As far back as your mailbox does. The import reads every past attachment and files it by the same instructions as new ones.
