- Photographs carry no readable address, so they are filed by the upload they arrived in rather than their contents. In practice that means a per-property upload destination, which keeps a walkthrough set together under the right address.
- How long do documents need to be kept?
- Retention periods for transaction records are set by state law and brokerage policy, and they are commonly several years. The relevant point here is that a structure organized by address stays readable that long, where an inbox and a desktop do not.
