IntegrationsNAS
A Scans share on the office Synology full of scan_0412.pdf, and ten years of client folders nobody dares to touch. Run a small helper on the NAS and the assistant reads each file, then names and files it right there. Nothing leaves the building.
Connecting a NAS comes with the Max plan or any Team plan.

What you can ask
Every change is shown as one plan first, and the files stay on the NAS.
Files you already have
Yes, in place, and without uploading them. Pair the NAS and the assistant works on its shares from the app or on a schedule. Connecting a NAS comes with the Max plan or any Team plan.
The assistant in the appYes, in place
Run the helper on the NAS and ask the assistant to sort, rename, move, or read what is on a share. The files stay on the NAS; the assistant keeps a catalogue of them and reads a file only when a task needs it.
A scheduled workflowYes, in place, on a schedule
Point a workflow at a share and set each run to go through every file rather than only new ones. It reads each file and renames or moves it inside the share, and a NAS is always on, so it never waits.
How workflows workThe browser extensionNot here
The extension runs on Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Dropbox pages. A share on a NAS is not a page, so the helper is the way in.

Settings › Agent › Pair a device gives you a Docker compose file with the pairing code filled in. Paste it into Container Manager, Portainer or a shell, mount the shares you want, start it. It dials out; nothing on the NAS is opened to the internet.
Sort a share, rename files, find what is missing, or build a workflow on it. The files stay on the NAS; the assistant reads one only when a task needs it.
Big changes are shown as one plan before anything moves. Deletions go to the share’s own recycle bin, and undo puts every file back.
