SharePointIntegrationsSharePoint

Every library on every site, organized in place.

A Contracts library where Document (final v3).docx sits next to its four drafts. Connect a Microsoft 365 work account, pick the site and the library, and the assistant files what is in it without moving anyone off SharePoint.

Connecting SharePoint comes with the Max plan or any Team plan.

New conversation

Ask for anything to do with the files in Clients.

It looks before it acts, shows every change before or as it happens, and can undo what it did.

The real assistant, sorting a sample SharePoint library. The buttons work.

What you can ask

Ask about a library

Each request is scoped to the site and library you picked, and nothing else.

  • Rename every contract in this library to counterparty and dateNames come from the parties and the date inside each contract.
  • Find the MSA on the Legal site that auto-renews in JanuaryReads the library and names the agreement, with its notice period.
  • Which invoices in the Finance library are over $10,000?Reads every invoice and answers with a table.
  • Sort the Onboarding library by employeeProposes a folder per employee and every move as one plan.
  • From now on, file new contracts in Legal by counterpartyBecomes a workflow that watches that library, and touches nothing outside it.
  • Import the Contracts folder from the Legal siteCopies it into The Drive AI. The library stays as it is.

Files you already have

Can The Drive AI organize the SharePoint files I already have?

Yes, in place. The assistant works directly in a connected SharePoint, in the app or in the browser extension, and a scheduled workflow can go over a whole document library on a timetable. Connected drives come with the Max plan or any Team plan.

  • The assistant in the appYes, in place

Connect SharePoint and ask the assistant to sort, rename, move, or share files where they live. Nothing has to be imported. You can still import a document library into The Drive AI, or export back, when you want a copy.

  • The browser extensionYes, in place

Open sharepoint.com with the extension installed and ask it to sort, rename, move, or share what is already there. It is the same agent as the web app, in Chrome's side panel. The files never leave SharePoint and nothing is imported.

    Get the extension
  • A scheduled workflowYes, in place, on a schedule

Point a workflow at a SharePoint document library and set each run to go through every file rather than only new ones. It reads each file and renames or moves it inside SharePoint.

    How workflows work

How it works

Approve once. Pick a library. Ask.

01

Connect a work account

Sign in with Microsoft 365. Your tenant administrator approves the app once, and the app writes that request for you.

02

Pick the site and library

Find a site by name or paste its URL, then choose the document library. Libraries that hold a Team’s channel files are marked.

03

Ask, and approve the plan

Sort, rename, move, share, or ask across the library. Big changes are shown as one plan first.
