Which email providers are supported?
We currently support Gmail and Microsoft Outlook (including Office 365 and personal Outlook.com accounts). You can connect multiple accounts from both providers simultaneously.
Can you read my email content?
No. We use OAuth scopes that only grant access to attachments and basic metadata like sender and date. We never read your email body, subject lines, or contacts.
How far back does the historical import go?
There is no time limit. We can import attachments from your entire email history — whether that is 6 months or 10 years of emails.
What happens if I disconnect my email?
All previously imported and organized files remain in your workspace. Only the real-time sync stops. You can reconnect at any time to resume.
How does duplicate detection work?
We use content-based hashing to detect identical files, plus fuzzy matching for near-duplicates like the same PDF saved under different names. You can review flagged duplicates before they are removed.
