How do you reorder pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF in the tool above, drag the page thumbnails into the order you want, and click Save & Download. A line shows where a dragged page will land. The pages are copied into a new file, reordered.pdf, without re-encoding, and the whole job runs in your browser with no upload and no account.

Questions answered
Does reordering affect page content?
No. Pages are copied into the new file in your order, each exactly as it was, with no re-encoding, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Web links on a page come along with it. Bookmarks from the original are not carried over, since they point at the old page order.
Why is Save & Download greyed out?
The button turns on only once the order differs from the original. If you drag a page away and then back to where it started, the order matches the original again and there is nothing new to save. Move at least one page to a new position and the button becomes active.
Can I delete pages while reordering?
Not in this tool, which only moves pages. Remove pages first with Delete PDF Pages, then drop the result, modified.pdf, in here and arrange what is left. Both tools copy pages without re-compression, so running one after the other does not degrade the file in any way.
How do I put whole PDF files in order?
To order whole files rather than the pages inside one, use Merge PDFs: drop the files in, drag them into order and merge them into a single PDF. If you then need to fine-tune individual pages of the merged file, bring merged.pdf back here and drag pages where they belong.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is reordered in this browser tab with the pdf-lib library, the thumbnails are drawn on your device with PDF.js, and the result is saved straight to your downloads. Nothing is sent to The Drive AI or any other server, and closing the tab discards it.
