Which Outlook accounts are supported?

Microsoft 365 work accounts and personal Outlook.com accounts.

Can it read my email?

No. The connection reaches attachments and basic details like the sender and date. It does not read the body of your messages, your subject lines, or your contacts.

Where do the attachments go?

An attachment has no home until the workflow gives it one, so it saves a copy into The Drive AI or a connected drive such as SharePoint or OneDrive, in the folder your instructions name. Your mailbox is left exactly as it was.

Can each person on a team connect their own mailbox?

Yes. An admin sets a workflow up once, and each member is asked to join it with their own mailbox. Nothing runs through an account until its owner says yes.

What happens if I disconnect Outlook?

Everything already filed stays where it is. Only new attachments stop arriving, and you can reconnect at any time.
