Workflows
Say once, in plain English, what should happen to a file when it arrives. The workflow reads the file, decides, and files it, renames it, or holds it for a person. Every move is on record.
One invoice, start to finish
Filing was never the slow part. The slow part was someone opening the file to answer a question. Here is one file, replayed from its own record in the app. Scroll.
Say it once
It is the assistant you already talk to. Say what should happen when a file arrives and the steps appear on the canvas, wired and named. Change your mind in a sentence and see exactly what was added, changed, and left alone. Try it with a contract or a new-hire packet.
Wherever they are
Point a workflow at a folder in Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Dropbox and it renames and moves files right there. Nothing is imported first, and nothing outside that folder is ever touched. The contract workflow on this page never leaves SharePoint.
An attachment in Gmail, Outlook, Slack, or Teams has no home yet. The workflow gives it one. Your inbox and your channels stay exactly as they were.
Before you trust it
The badges from the canvas, with the note each shows in the app.
It shows you the plan first. An approval pauses the workflow and shows exactly what will happen to the file and why it is asking. “The destination folder doesn't exist yet.” “The AI was only 82% confident.” Approve as shown, or add a note and the plan is redone with your note in charge. Every decision is recorded with who made it.
Start with everything held. Loosen it when you trust it. On day one, every file can wait for a person. Later, switch the step to ask only when unsure. Confident filing into folders you already have goes ahead and is logged. New folders, uncertain matches, and anything destructive still ask.
Afterwards, every file's journey is on record. One feed shows each step, each decision, and anything that needs you. A failed run says why in plain words and can be retried from the step that failed. Any run can be replayed on the canvas, the way the invoice above was.
For teams
An admin sets the workflow up once. Every member is asked to join it with their own inbox or drive, can read each step before deciding, and can leave at any time. Nothing runs through an account until its owner says yes. Approvals go to the people you name, and the monthly file allowance is pooled across the workspace.
What a member sees
Runs on attachments that arrive in your Gmail inbox. Nothing happens until you join, and you can leave any time.
The request, in the app's words.
