Pricing questions
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The free plan includes 10 AI steps per day, 20 workflow files per month, up to 50 files, and 1 GB of storage. No credit card required.
What is a workflow file?
Every file a workflow processes counts once against your monthly allowance — an upload it files, an attachment it saves, a Drive file it renames. A run that fails hands its file back. The count resets on your billing date, and files a workflow could not take are listed under Workflows so nothing goes missing quietly.
What is the difference between Premium and Max?
Premium gives you 100 AI steps per day, 500 workflow files per month, 20 GB storage, and support for all file types. Max adds unlimited AI steps, 2,000 workflow files per month, 500 GB storage, unlimited files, e-signatures, file requests, and workflows on Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, and cloud storage connections.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that a team workspace is read-only and every file is kept for 90 days, so you can reactivate and pick up where you left off; we email you before anything is deleted. Personal workspaces revert to the free plan and keep their files. Team workspaces can also pause billing for the off-season — nothing is charged while paused, everything is kept, and resuming is one click with no new checkout. A pause runs for up to 90 days; if you have not resumed by then the subscription ends and the files are kept for the usual 90 days after that.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing, at first. Cards expire and banks decline for all sorts of reasons, so a failed charge does not change anything about your workspace — it keeps working exactly as before. We retry the card for up to 14 days and email you, and you can update it any time from Settings → Billing. Only if every retry fails does the subscription end, and even then your files are kept for 90 days.
How does team pricing work?
Team is $79 per seat per month billed annually ($95 monthly), with a 3-seat minimum and no maximum. Every seat adds 2,000 workflow files per month and 1 TB of storage to a pool the whole team shares, and includes everything in Max plus admin controls, member management and multiple integrations in a single workspace. Need more workflow files in a month? Packs of 1,000 are $69.
Is there a free trial for teams?
Yes — a 7-day free trial on every new team workspace, one per person. A card is required to start it and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you up to 2 months free on personal plans.
How are payments handled?
Web payments are processed securely through Stripe. iOS subscriptions are handled through Apple and Android subscriptions through Google Play Store.
