We are building the intelligence layer for every file on the planet, wherever it lives.
The Drive AI, Inc. is an applied AI lab. Our agents organize, find and act on a company's files in every drive it uses, with a person in charge of every change.

Why
Every file ever made was written for a person to read. The computer storing it could not. So we built workarounds for machines that were blind to what they held: folders, file names, search boxes that match words. The workarounds need a person to keep them up, and nobody has time, so every team ends up with the same drive: scan_0412.pdf, Final FINAL v3.docx, and a folder called Misc that holds a third of everything.
Models can now read a lease, a receipt or a payslip and know what it is. That part is solved, and it is available to everyone. Point a chat assistant at a folder and it will tidy it.
What is not solved is everything after reading. Working across drives from four different companies. Across millions of files without losing one. The way your company actually works. With a person who can see, approve and undo every change. That is the work we do.
What we focus on
Anywhere. Your files stay where they live.
Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox or our own workspace, with one agent that behaves the same in each. Teams spent years choosing where their files live. Asking them to move everything first is asking them to pay for our convenience.
Scale. The whole drive, not the folder you opened.
The agent knows everything a company keeps, and keeps up as files are added, moved and renamed. It is built for millions of files, so a question about everything does not mean opening every folder.
Intelligence. The work, not just the words.
Reading a file is the start. The agent pulls the details out of scans and documents, and computes answers from them. Eleven invoice files can be nine invoices once the copies are counted once, and the total you get should be the total of nine.
Your way of working. It learns how your company does things.
Where contracts go, how invoices are named, who signs off on what. Owners set the standing rules once, the agent keeps notes on the procedures your team follows, and those notes change when your team does. Routines you describe once keep running as new files arrive.
Accountability. Every change is proposed, approved and on the record.
The agent shows its plan before it acts. A change waits for your approval, runs only if the file is still as you saw it, and can be undone wherever the drive allows. Every action goes in one log that says who did it, whether a person, the assistant or a workflow. Deleting is never a decision it makes alone.
What we are not building
A chat assistant with a drive attached.
That works for one folder, once. A company needs the work done every day, over everything it keeps, with a record someone can check.
A search box with a chatbot on top.
Ten matching documents is not an answer. Ask what a vendor charged last March and you should get the number, with the invoice it came from.
A place you cannot leave.
Files in your drives stay in your drives, in their own formats. If you stop using us, they are still there, in better order than we found them.
Who it is for
Teams whose work arrives as documents and leaves as decisions. Accounting firms taking in invoices and receipts every day. Legal teams tracking contracts and renewals. Property managers, recruiters, agencies and operations teams who spend part of every week filing, finding and forwarding.
If someone on your team is the person who knows where everything is, we are building for you, and for them.
Where we are today
The first step is an assistant you talk to. It organizes, finds, creates and shares files in Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive and Dropbox, where they already are, or in our own workspace. Workflows let you describe a routine once and keep it running as new files arrive from email, Slack, Teams or a drive.
There is a lot left to build. Get started free or get in touch.
